to welding the panels together and at the same time allowing the
welds to flex, allowing the panels to adjust to any grade change
up to 70 degrees. Our tested failure rate on the hand welded contact
points is approximately 1 in 50,000. This is remarkable as it relates
to high production manufacturing. The uniqueness of the process has
been issued Patent approval by the U.S. Government along with the
