"X"treme
Galvanized Ornamental Metal Fencing Systems are
manufactured from the highest quality materials
by skilled craftsmen to meet the highest standards
of workmanship in the industry. The steel is all
hot dipped galvanized steel tubing. Each individual
component is then chemically cleaned and receives
baked on thermo-plastic coating, which has tremendous
bonding characteristics. The galvanized coated
surface that is on all framework (i.e., posts,
rails, and pickets) is guaranteed not to "RUST"
for as long as the original purchaser has ownership
rights to said fence. The thermo-plastic finish
is guaranteed for life to not crack, blister,
peel or distort under normal and proper usage.
Normal and proper usage does not include physical
damage or abrasion to the paint finish or galvanized
coating. Should any "X"treme fence framework
fail in accordance with any of the above conditions,
the company warrants to the original purchaser
their redemption through replacement, renewal
or issuance of a pro-rated credit. The decision
as to which method of redemption is allowed is
solely at the discretion of the Company. Notice
of failure under the conditions of this warranty
shall be sent to the Company or its authorized
representative, in writing together with proof
of purchase, and warranty. You should specify
the nature of the defect and when it was first
observed. Should the fence be improperly installed,
the Company shall not be responsible for guaranteed
performance or appearance of material unless the
fence was installed by the manufacturer. Neither
does this guarantee apply to any field welded
joints or when failure or damage is due to improper
use of application, abuse or misuse, vandalism
or acts of God. Welds made by manufacturer have
been cleaned and zinc coated and are included
in this "NO RUST" warranty. The Company
reserves the right to inspect the material in
order to determine the validity of the claim.
Upon validation of the claim by the company or
its authorized representatives, redemption by
replacement, renewal and installation of material
is not to be included in the guarantee, nor will
the company provide those services unless the
installation was performed by the manufacturer.
The above constitutes the complete warranty. No
other agreement, written or implied is valid.
The company does not authorize any other person
or agent to make any other express warranties.
The company neither assumes nor authorizes any
other person or agent to assume any other liability
in connection with "X"treme Ornamental
Fencing System. Some jurisdictions do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
nor do they allow an exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages; therefore,
the limitations and exclusions noted herein may
not apply.
This
form must be mailed to XFM, Inc. within 45 days
of the signed contract date along with quality
control sheet to activate the warranty.
